Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  2. We use USPS and UPS for delivery. Packing slips are emailed after processing with all necessary information.
  3. Shipping is free. Express shipping is available at a cost of $50 for 2-day delivery.
  4. We ship to all U.S. states.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all AXionTV products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your original purchase price.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Items with physical or water damage, or in poor condition (dirt, food remnants), are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender at our discretion.

Exclusions:

  • Returns due to application compatibility issues or misunderstanding of product features are not accepted unless the issue was misrepresented or explicitly guaranteed.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Submit your return request with proof of purchase to our Customer Service team.
  2. Approval & Shipping: After review, we will send a Return Authorization Form. Include this form in your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns. Ship the product to our warehouse in California, USA.
  3. Processing & Refunds: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 72 hours via the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

1-Year Warranty

All AXionTV devices purchased from our website come with a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

  • If your device experiences issues, contact us at info@axiontv.com. Our technical team will assist in diagnosing the problem.
  • If repair or replacement is required, you may send the unit to us. We will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
  • Warranty does not cover devices with water or physical damage.

After the Warranty Period:

  • Devices can still be sent for paid repairs. During repair, we’ll provide a temporary account to maintain service.

Third-Party Purchases

AXionTV does not process returns, refunds, or warranties for items purchased from third-party vendors. All issues must be resolved directly with the seller. Items sent to AXionTV in this case will not be honored and may be returned at the sender’s expense.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only after inspecting the returned item for completeness.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring application/service compatibility with our devices before purchase. AXionTV devices run Android and are not cable boxes.
